EVERYBODY HAS A STORY
I always have been CUSTOMER FOCUSED!
I started to work at the young age of 16, filling shelves in supermarkets and always putting myself into the SHOES OF THE CUSTOMER to understand how and what they would buy, and what would they be more attracted to before responding to serve them with that.
During my student years I had to finance my study myself and worked in restaurants, bars, carpentry, customer service, call centres and several agencies. Making customers happy and generating an exceptionally positive experience while interacting with people was KEY for me. I was already living and ensuring POSITIVE CUSTOMER JOURNEY experiences without realizing it, and therefore I can claim to be one of the earliest adopters of these customer-centric techniques since the early 90s!
Throughout my entire working life I have been seeing everything through the lens of the customer to better understand what they want and give them what they NEED AND DESIRE. This became my foundational approach in all my human interactions: to always be PEOPLE FOCUSSED AND RELATIONSHIP DRIVEN.
MY VALUES
From early childhood in the late 70s and early 80s my mom taught me two wisdoms like a mantra until they became ONE with my DNA:
TREAT OTHERS THE WAY HOW YOU WANT TO BE TREATED! (RESPECT)
YOU CAN ACHIEVE WHATEVER YOU BELIEVE IN! (IMAGINATION)
Since then I have been experiencing the world with all its facets, the good chapters in my life and less good chapters. Through all of it I have always understood life's teaching and lessons. Over the years and decades I built my values around RESPECT, TRUST, COMMITMENT, DEVOTION, PASSION and finally also LOVE. Serving others to make them SMILE and HAPPY has become a very FULFILLING PURPOSE in MY LIFE.
MY BELIEFS
I believe that...
EVERYTHING in life is connected with each other and impacts each other due to the nature of dependency.
NATURE is a fantastic example how everything can live with each other and follow a natural life cycle of birth - life and death, and all goes back into a self nurturing lifecycle.
Looking into our society and the current level of economy we are realizing that especially after COVID, OUR SOCIETY is FACING an ENORMOUS UNBALANCE in our PRIVATE & WORK-LIFE and that we have LOST the CONNECTION not only TO NATURE but also TO EACH OTHER.
The lack of relevant and necessary collaboration between and among people and businesses, which is a pre-condition for the concept of circular economy, comes from the conditioned belief that we all need to be in competition with each other in person as well as in business, to maximize our personal benefits and business profits. This short-term thinking which has been successfully established during the industrialization of the mid 1800 century has led to the major challenge of mankind in today's world where a people-centric approach, based on human values, is not part of the equation!
The only way we can ensure to last for another century - and even the next millennium - is when we all take our part in being responsible for our actions and foremost for each other.
Nature can live on without us but we cannot survive and exist without nature! It is time that we all understand this inevitable causality to ensure the continuous wellbeing of mankind into the future.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
WE ARE NOT ALONE! Everyone reaches one point in time where she or he starts doubting and needs a helping hand! As a citizen on this wonderful planet I feel responsible to give something back to people who are in need!
There are many ways how people can help other people; everyone is a genius in doing something exceptionally well. Connecting the right people with each other, helping to build communities and inspiring people to believe in themselves and others is my passion and responsibility towards our society, to continue to foster kindness and gratitude.
GO BEYOND
THERE IS MUCH MORE TO BE PASSIONATE ABOUT IN LIFE. LET'S FIND OUT AND ENJOY THE ADVENTURE, TOGETHER!
More than 20 years in the corporate world gave me a lot of insights, trained my hard and soft skills, and ensured I became savvy and innovative in DOING THINGS DIFFERENTLY than the common traditional ways. My results were speaking for themselves. This was especially evident during the 18 years of procurement related roles I undertook in combination with my blackbelt background and system thinking ability. I can fully comprehend every business through this lens and understanding, and the what-why-how of today's world has shown me that something has to fundamentally change, given the declining and failing global economy.
GOING BEYOND what I used to do became my INNER CALLING to SERVE OTHERS in a MORE HUMAN and SUSTAINABLE WAY.
In addition to my own company and my additional two partner positions, I have decided to focus on giving something back to society.
Thanks to many lucky circumstances I came across a unique community, called 6 Star Business, and we are going to make even a bigger impact than I could have ever imagined before...
My Chapter One has just begun mid 2021 and I will share soon more of the good things which we do at 6 Star to help to create a better future and a more meaningful life for all citizens of mother earth.
